Blondie drummer Clem Burke says the band may be coming to an end . . . because Debbie Harry is planning on retiring after one last world tour. For what it's worth, Debbie turned 68 years old earlier this month.
Clem says, quote, "[She's] 11 years older than the rest of us, so it's on her mind. We've tried to keep it going for as long as possible, but it's not just up to me . . . Nothing is finalized yet, but obviously there's no Blondie without Debbie Harry."
A spokesman for Debbie said, quote, "They are in a hiatus at the moment. They'll do some tour dates next year. Nothing is confirmed yet."
Blondie will launch a fall tour in New Hampshire on September 5th with a stop in Houston on September 27th.
