A former attorney is suing Apple, claiming the computer maker sold devices that allowed him to access free porn on the Internet...and it damaged his marriage.
That's right, it's the computer makers fault that he looked at porn and it ticked off his wife. In a 50-page complaint, Chris Sevier of Tennessee claimed he tried to visit Facebook.com but accidentally typed F**kbook.com and the adult website "appealed to his biological sensibilities as a male and led to an unwanted addiction with adverse consequences."
He also went on to add that Apple enabled "unfair competition" between porn stars and his wife, explaining, "The Plaintiff began desiring, younger more beautiful girls featured in porn videos than his wife, who was no longer 21…"
So far, there's been no response from Apple or the porn industry.
For the record, Sevier's license to practice law was put on "disability inactive status" in December 2011.
