"The Osbournes"was one of the shows that helped launch the reality TV that we know and SOME love today . . . but Ozzy does NOT look back on those days fondly.
He tells "Classic Rock" magazine, quote, "I never watched one [effing] episode. That was a period of my career I'm glad is gone.
"SHARON [OSBOURNE] has turned into this TV person now. She is always saying, 'You're coming on the show, aren't you?' And I'm going, 'No! I hate doing TV!' Sharon's obsessed with that showbiz lifestyle. But it's not for me."
In an interview with "NME" magazine, Ozzy adds, quote, "Of course I regret doing the [effing] show. I didn't want to be on [effing] television. I didn't become [an effing] rock 'n' roll singer to read the [effing] weather forecast, know what I mean?
"It's part of the reason I wanted to come back. This album pisses on all that."
BLACK SABBATH'S new album "13" just debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 . . . and Ozzy says there IS a chance they'll record another album soon, and maybe it'll even be a COMPLETE reunion this time, with drummer BILL WARD.
Ozzy says, quote, "It's a strong possibility. We would've loved to have Bill on this album. Maybe we can work things out by the next one. But it won't take another 35 years. I'm 65 now. There's no [effing] recording studios in the afterlife."
Ozzy also adds, quote, "We're all even closer for all this [crap], so there's one positive, one [effing] silver lining."
(Bill didn't participate in this reunion because of a contract issue . . . supposedly)
