David Crosby has been working a lot this year on his first solo album since 1993's Thousand Roads. He says "Nobody really makes a true solo album. This one involves my son James quite a bit. He co-produced it, sang on it, arranged and wrote the songs with me". We still don't have a release date on this project but he hopes to have it finished soon.
When not recording, Crosby spent a lot of time jammin' this past year with Crosby, Stills and Nash, and they've been working more on a Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young live album that's been a long term project for the group. It will be comprised of audio from eight shows on their famous 1974 reunion tour. They hope to have it finished sometime early 2014.
